Implementation Timeline

The following timeline represents a broad overview of activities and milestones.  More detailed information on specific dates, deliverables, and activities will be posted as they become available.

Summer 2013 - Establish Implementation Team, begin detailing process and development of systems infrastructure

Fall 2013 - Simulate FY14 budget using the ROM Framework, work with campus community to compare performance in the ROM to actual budgets and make improvements based on feedback

Spring 2014 - Simulate FY15 budget using the ROM Framework, work with campus community to review expected results and continue to make improvements through implementation in FY15

July 1, 2015 - Official implementation of ROM campus-wide
